Founded by Joseph Norman in 2012, FluidLevels.com, formerly known as FORTY A&M LLC, has grown from humble beginnings to become a dynamic force in the oil and gas sector. Drawing inspiration from his experiences as a lease operator for Midland Lease Operators, Joseph embarked on this journey to bring cutting-edge solutions to the industry. In 2013, his vision was joined by the expertise of Belinda Norman, who assumed the role of COO, propelling the company to new heights.

Originally, FluidLevels.com began as a contract well technician specializing in fluid level and dynamometer surveys for rod pump operators in the Permian Basin. Over the years, our commitment to innovation and excellence led us to diversify our services and offerings. In 2020, we made a significant expansion into media, delivering an authentic behind-the-scenes look at oil and gas operations and providing essential energy education. We also established partnerships with international brands like Ariat to showcase their new products to our audience through creative videos distributed across our social media platforms.

In 2022, we took another transformative step, partnering with Wellworx Energy Solutions to offer comprehensive training, cutting-edge downhole tools, and automation solutions to operators throughout the Permian Basin. Our journey has been one of constant growth, adapting to industry changes, and empowering operators with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
